Through our partnership with the world’s largest independent actuarial consulting firm, we will conduct our annual benchmarking survey, a premiere resource for comparing the competitiveness of your benefit plan to your peers. The 2021 survey results will provide helpful insight as employers consider their near term response to the pandemic and how the past 18 months will fit into their multi-year strategy. With more than 20,000 employers responding annually, including 160 local companies, this survey is one of the largest data sets of its kind.
