There are various solutions with suggested tools offered by vendors across four overarching categories and multiple subcategories:
- Acquire: Includes candidate sourcing and selection.
- Advance/Develop: Includes learning and development, performance management, high-potential selection, and leadership development.
- Engage/Retain: Includes employee experience, employee communications and employee voice.
- Analyze: Include D&I analysis, D&I business case analysis, and employee resource group (ERG) management and analysis.
