PITTSBURGH, September 27, 2022 – Leading insurance broker and consultant Henderson Brothers announced that it has been recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace in Greater Pittsburgh for the third consecutive year in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette‘s annual employee survey.
For the 2022 survey, Henderson Brothers ranked sixth among 22 recognized mid-sized companies recognized in the region. The Top Workplace designation is earned solely based on employee feedback. An aggregate score based on positive employee responses determines whether a business achieves this recognition. A higher score is equivalent to a higher ranking on the list.

NPSs derive from customer satisfaction surveys. Henderson Brothers’ recent customer questionnaire included 20 questions on satisfaction working with Henderson Brothers and the individual business lines. Henderson Brothers’ score of 83 far exceeds the average insurance industry score range, which was 27-41 in 2021.[1]
