Henderson Brothers is pleased to welcome Herb Catausan, senior consultant in our employee benefits division. Herb joined the team in October 2018.

As a graduate from Texas A&M University, Herb has worked for national brokerage firms, supporting midwest and west coast markets. With Herb’s previous experience in working with high growth companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, IT/ technology, software information systems, retail, hospitality, non-profit, and public-sector industries, he brings an array of analytical expertise in deploying innovative domestic and global benefit solutions for medium to large-sized employer groups. His addition to the team further strengthens Henderson’s employee benefit consulting practice as he supports the development of new market initiative programs as well as providing executive support to our key strategic account market segments.
