Henderson Brothers is pleased to welcome James Buldas as a Risk Advisor in the Property & Casualty department.

Before joining Henderson Brothers, James Buldas enjoyed a 15-year career as an attorney, serving as partner at downtown Pittsburgh law firms. In doing so, James successfully handled complex litigation and transactional matters for various businesses at all levels of the courts, including arguing before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Having developed deep expertise in insurance coverage and risk management, James brings a unique perspective to his role as Risk Advisor at Henderson Brothers. His comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices allows him to provide invaluable guidance to clients seeking to mitigate potential risks and protect their businesses.

James is also a newly licensed Property and Casualty broker, joining the Henderson Brothers’ large commercial lines team. He looks to leverage his legal and insurance expertise at Henderson Brothers to empower clients with proactive risk management strategies.

Outside of his professional pursuits, James is passionate about staying up to date with industry trends and engaging in continuous learning. He actively participates in industry conferences and associations and is often invited to present on complex insurance coverage issues. James has also published several articles addressing emerging issues in risk management strategies.
