Henderson Brothers is pleased to welcome William Findle as the new Claims Department Supervisor. William comes to Henderson Brothers with extensive claim management experience forged in Pittsburgh roots. He had management responsibilities with a national third-party administrator; gained experience on the legal side of insurance as a Director of Marketing for a local law firm; and most recently elevated the claims service platform at an agency based here in Pittsburgh. With each of these positions, William successfully administered claims involving all lines of coverage. William holds the Certified Claim Professional (CCP) designation, and he is active with the Pittsburgh Claims Association and Council on Litigation Management.
